Things to check for on YOUR conversion:
/ clearance on throttle pedal, is it close to the right side kick plate?
/ has the seat belt sensor been moved to follow the (new) passenger side to obtain working airbags
/ does the steering column frame (under dash) 22mm tube go all the way through on the new right ride to carry the extra weight or has this been slotted in to the smaller tubing
/ does the steering shaft have clearance on the manifold exhaust
/ has the steering shaft been joined (check for weld and quality of weld)
/ check the heater under the (new) left side for shoddy workmanship, fitting and brackets etc
/ check under the (new) drivers side dash for shoddy welding and quality of workmanship
Cosmetic checks (below) have no effect on the car safety
/ does the instrument panel show the correct door is open (i.e. drivers door ajar, > drivers door open)
/ does the dash and panels fit correctly together with the glovebox
/ is the steering wheel in the middle of the seat
